Kafka Cafe
White clouds are lazily floating through the ink-black ceiling. Chessboard on the floor. Pompous red armchairs, straddled black sofas. A gigantic white rabbit is grazing in the bookshelf. Black antlers are hanging on the wall. There is pine paneling and azure floor in the toilets. At the bar, one may order a good book by weight. The view from café inside to green Powisle seems to hardly real. The interior depends on weather, huge windows overlooking the park make Kafka never the same. Simple, nice and casual atmosphere. Shelter for thinking people.

Kafka Café is a cosy place located between the Warsaw University and the Warsaw University Library where you can not only drink delicious coffee and eat something, but also buy books we have saved from waste-paper collection point (at 10 PLN a kilo), exchange your book into any one of ours or just read our books, here in Kafka. From our menu, we do recommend luxurious Danusi coffee. Its unique taste and aroma are the result of specially selected varieties of Brazilian and Latin America Arabica. Coffee connoisseurs appreciate this unique combination. We do encourage you to taste our fruit cocktails, hot chocolate and sandwiches baked here. Address: 3 Obozna Street
