Tamka43
Tamka 43 is an original project of Paweł Kwiatkowski, a well-known promoter, concert and event producer, and Piotr Pielachowski, one of the most interesting chefs of the young generation. He trained under the tutelage of Michel Moran at Bistro de Paris in Warsaw, and under Daniel Isberg at KOM restaurant. Having gained sufficient expertise and experience, he went abroad where he spent last four years working as a deputy chef at Seehaus Riederau am Ammersee in Germany.


At Tamka 43 Pielachowski is the author of his own original cuisine based on a simple principle of seasonal rotation. Very carefully selected local products of the highest quality constitute the basis of his menu. There are dishes made from Polish meat - mainly beef (including Hereford beef from the region of Warmia), pork and lamb, Baltic Sea fish and freshwater fish from Polish rivers and lakes, as well as vegetables prepared in a modern and original way. Please note that Tamka 43 is not offering molecular cuisine.

The whole concept is based on healthy and classic foundations, as well as on the creativity and passion for discovering new flavours, which can be seen for example in the collection of basil- rhubarb- and tonka bean-flavoured ice-cream and sorbets. An attractive selection of wines has been chosen by Paweł Parma, Tamka 43’s own sommelier, to complement our snacks in the most perfect way.

Please also note, that the first floor decoration (where the restaurant is) differs from ground floor (where our café is placed). The simple pillars on the ground floor are designed to present art works, while those on the first floor are covered with soft material for more cosy atmosphere.
